Welcome to Intelidevs! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Intelidevs’ Website, located at intelidevs.co.za.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Intelidevs if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person who logs on this website and complies with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of South Africa. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Web Services
1.1 Web services provided by Intelidevs are subject to a minimum contract term of 24 months. A contract will be provided upon signing up for these services.

1.2 In the event of cancellation before the end of the 24-month term, the client is liable to pay 50% of the total term cost as outlined in the contract.

1.3 Upon completion and delivery of the website, Intelidevs will provide one round of revisions for any changes that might need to be made. This round of revisions which include layout changes, color scheme changes and image changes etc.. must be requested and completed within one week of the initial delivery( It will be at the company’s discretion to determine whether or not the changes constitute as changes themselves or new additions which are not covered in the revisions and the client will ne notified about this if there are any charges for the addition and they may choose whether or not to accept the charges for the additions). If the changes are not requested within the week, any changes requested after the allowed time period for changes will be quoted and priced accordingly as a new request.

SEO Services
2.1 SEO services provided by Intelidevs operate on a month-to-month basis.

Client Consent
3.1 All services provided by Intelidevs are offered with the client’s full consent. No client will be coerced or forced into accepting any service they do not wish to use.

Data Privacy
4.1 Intelidevs is committed to keeping all client data safe and confidential. We adhere to strict data protection standards to ensure the security of our clients’ information.

Exclusive Service
5.1 While Intelidevs is engaged in providing services to the client, no other developer or digital agency should be concurrently engaged in similar work for the client.

5.2 In the event that conflicting work is discovered, and it is determined that another developer or agency’s actions are the cause, the client will be charged accordingly for any additional costs that may be incurred.

Accessibility Service
6.1 Intelidevs offers an additional accessibility service to ensure that websites developed by us are accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with international accessibility standards such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

6.2 It is imperative that clients take this accessibility service into consideration during the development process to ensure fair access to the website for all users, including those with disabilities.

6.3 Intelidevs will not be held liable for any charges, legal or otherwise, if this accessibility service is not taken into consideration by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
7.1 Intelidevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification
8.1 The client agrees to indemnify and hold Intelidevs and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to the client’s use of the services or any violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the above provisions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or any services provided by Intelidevs.
