Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Work

1.1. All work produced by Intelidevs, including but not limited to websites, software, and digital content, remains the intellectual property of Intelidevs until full payment is received.

1.2. Upon full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client, except where otherwise agreed upon in writing.

1.3. Until ownership is transferred, the client may not use, modify, or distribute the work for any purpose other than evaluation and testing without explicit permission from Intelidevs.

1.4. Upon transfer of ownership, Intelidevs retains the right to use and display the work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the client.

2. Licensing

2.1. Intelidevs grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose as outlined in the project scope.

2.2. The license granted to the client is limited to the specific project or purpose agreed upon and does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or distribute the work without prior written consent from Intelidevs.

2.3. The client acknowledges that any third-party materials or intellectual property incorporated into the work may be subject to additional licensing terms and agrees to abide by those terms.

3. Confidentiality

3.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and technical specifications.

3.2. Confidential information may only be disclosed to employees or contractors on a need-to-know basis and with appropriate confidentiality agreements in place.

3.3. The client acknowledges that Intelidevs may use or disclose non-confidential information obtained during the project for its business purposes, such as improving its services or developing new products.

1.1. Intelidevs agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing its business operations, including but not limited to data protection, consumer rights, and advertising standards.

1.2. Intelidevs will inform clients of any legal obligations related to their projects, including requirements related to data privacy, accessibility, and intellectual property rights.

1.3. Intelidevs will regularly review its practices and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations and will make necessary adjustments as needed.

2. Data Protection

2.1. Intelidevs is committed to protecting client data and will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal information.

2.2. Intelidevs will comply with data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by obtaining necessary consents, providing transparent privacy notices, and facilitating data subject rights requests.

2.3. Intelidevs will only process personal data for the purposes specified by the client and will not use or disclose personal data for any other purpose without explicit consent.

3. Transparency

3.1. Intelidevs will provide clients with detailed information regarding its compliance efforts, including policies, procedures, and certifications.

3.2. Intelidevs will communicate any changes to its compliance policies or practices to clients in a timely manner and will address any client concerns or questions regarding compliance.

3.3. Clients have the right to request information about Intelidevs’ compliance with specific laws and regulations relevant to their projects and may request documentation or audits to verify compliance.
