Intellectual Property and Compliance Policy

1. Intellectual Property

1.1. All work produced by Intelidevs (websites, software, digital content, etc.) remains Intelidevs’ intellectual property until full payment is received.

1.2. Ownership rights transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3. Until full payment is made, the client may only use the work for evaluation and testing, not for production or distribution, without explicit permission.

1.4. If payment is not made in full, Intelidevs reserves the right to remove all work from repositories and servers. In case of partial payment, only an equivalent portion of the work will be reinstated.

1.5. Upon full transfer, Intelidevs retains the right to use and display the work in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

2. Licensing

2.1. A non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license is granted to the client for the intended purpose of the work.

2.2. The client may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the work without prior written consent from Intelidevs.

2.3. The client agrees to comply with any third-party licensing terms related to incorporated materials.

3. Confidentiality

3.1. Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information confidential, disclosing only on a need-to-know basis with appropriate confidentiality agreements.

3.2. Intelidevs may use non-confidential information for business purposes, such as service improvement.

4. Legal Compliance

4.1. Intelidevs complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and consumer rights.

4.2. Intelidevs will inform clients of any legal obligations related to projects, including data privacy and intellectual property.

4.3. Practices will be reviewed regularly to ensure compliance and adjustments will be made as needed.

5. Data Protection

5.1. Intelidevs implements measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.

5.2. Intelidevs complies with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and processes data only for client-approved purposes.

6. Transparency

6.1. Clients will receive detailed information about Intelidevs’ compliance efforts, policies, and certifications.

6.2. Changes to compliance practices will be communicated, and clients may request documentation or audits to verify compliance.
